Oldsmobile Diecast Models
Oldsmobile is one of the pioneering American motor cars first manufactured by the Olds Motor Vehicle Company in Lansing, Michigan. The company was founded by Ranson E. Olds in 1897. Olds merged his company with the Olds Gas Engine Works in 1899 and officially renamed his company, Olds Motor Works and moved to Detroit, Michigan where he built the first mass produced automobile in 1902 called the “Oldsmobile Curved Dash”. Production of this model lasted until 1907. General Motors purchased the company in 1908 and production of Oldsmobiles continued until 2004 when operations ceased.
Diecast models are designed as adult collectibles. Manufacturers recommended ages - 8 years to adult. Models may contain small parts - NOT for children under the age of 3 years!
